IPSE is pleased to confirm that the host of the IPSE Awards to be held on Thursday 13 June is the hilarious comedian Carl Donnelly.
Carl will announce the winners of the awards at The Steel Yard, an impressive Central London space including restored beautifully Victorian railway arches.
Described as an ‘observational genius’ by The Guardian, stand-up Carl is a firm favourite at the biggest comedy clubs across the country. Since taking his first solo show to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2009, Carl has performed all over the world, from Melbourne to Montreal, winning a host of awards along the way.
He has brought his comedy from stage to studio, with TV credits including Mock the Week, Russell Howard’s Good News and Stand Up Central to name a few.
We are excited to enjoy Carl’s light-hearted comedy style, as he announces the winners of our seven award categories: Co-working Space of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, University Partner of the Year, Freelance Project, New to Freelancing, Young Freelancer of the Year and, of course, Freelancer of the Year.
The IPSE Freelancer of the Year Awards are now open for application.
The process is simple - submit your chosen application form reflecting on your business success by Friday 29 March. If you are successful you will then be invited to the next stage - our judging day event on Thursday 9 May.
